Welcome to the website for the Glenn Highway: Arctic Avenue to Palmer-Fishhook Road Safety and Capacity Improvements Project (AA2PF)!  

This project is focused on the section of the Glenn Highway between Arctic Avenue and Palmer-Fishhook Road where the highway leaves downtown Palmer and ascends the Matanuska River bluffs. Visit the project description page for details.

Thank you all who made it out to our first public meeting on March 18, 2025, in the Palmer Train Depot. Over 80 people attended! This meeting was all about publicly launching the project and gathering information to better inform the design process. We will have a second public meeting later in the year with another project update.
